金的湿法富集,常用离子交换或活性炭吸附,由于吸附较牢,不易解脱,一般都需将吸附金的交换树脂或活性炭进行灰化,再经王水溶解才作测定。文献报导,用泡沫塑料静态吸附富集金,但对解吸也采用灰化,使流程加长。本文用聚氨脂泡沫塑料作载体动态富集金,用硫脲解脱,直接测定,方法简便。仪器和主要试剂一仪器及工作条件仪器:日立180—50型原子吸收分光光度计金元素空心阴极灯 GA-3型石墨炉(包括自动进样装置)
