鼓泡型板式换热器是一种新型热交换器。目前其板型几何参数对板片通道内流动与传热的影响规律还不清楚。本文基于多场协同原理进行了数值研究,发现当单元体长度增大或宽度减小时,通道摩擦阻力因子f减小,综合性能评价参数PEC值增大;当单元体相对主流流动方向倾斜角为90°时,f值最小,PEC值最大。本文的研究结果对鼓泡板片传热元件的几何结构优化设计具有指导意义。
Bubble plate heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger. At present, the influence of plate geometry on the flow and heat transfer in the channel is not clear. Based on the multi-field synergistic principle, the numerical study shows that when the length or width of the unit body increases, the frictional resistance factor f of the channel decreases and the PEC value of the comprehensive performance evaluation parameter increases. When the inclination angle of the unit body relative to the main flow direction is At 90 °, the value of f is the smallest and the value of PEC is the largest. The research results in this paper are instructive for the optimal design of the geometry of the bubbling plate heat transfer element.
