应用蒙特卡罗模拟技术对中国先进研究堆(CARR)高分辨中子粉末衍射谱仪(HRPD)和两条冷中子导管(CNGs)的设计方案进行了模拟研究。 对于高分辨中子粉末衍射谱仪,其设计的最高分辨要求达到△d/d=2×10-3,样品处中子注量率大于106cm-2·s-1。通过模拟研究,得到了谱仪的分辨率曲线、样品处中子注量率等主要参数的模拟计算结果。讨论了高分辨模式和高强度模式下的分辨率和强度变化。对该谱仪与中国原子能科学研究院重水研究堆(HWRR)旁中低分辨中子粉末衍射仪的分辨水平和模拟衍射谱进行了比较。通过模拟,对该谱仪所需的垂直聚焦单色器进行了优化选取。得到了
Monte Carlo simulations were used to simulate the design of HRPD and two CNGs in China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR). For the high-resolution neutron powder diffraction spectrometer, the highest resolution requirement of design is Δd / d = 2 × 10-3, and the neutron fluence rate of the sample is greater than 106cm-2 · s-1.
