电力资源是我国社会经济稳定持续发展的基础,与人民群众的日常生活有着密切的联系,而电力营销是电力行业正常运营的关键环节之一。在社会经济逐步发展的基础上电力企业的制度也在如火如荼的改革中,电力供应由以往的紧张供应转为过剩,卖方市场已经转为买方市场。电力营销是体现电力企业服务的关键环节,电力企业要在市场竞争中获得优势就应该摒弃传统的经营理念,不断优化服务质量。文章首先阐述了优质服务水平在电力企业发展中的重要作用,继而对优质服务水平对电力营销工作的意义进行了研究,以期对电力企业中的电力营销起到一定的积极作用。
Power resources are the basis for the steady and sustained development of social economy in our country and are closely linked to the daily life of the people. Power marketing is one of the key links in the normal operation of the power industry. On the basis of the gradual development of the social economy, the system of power enterprises is also in full swing. The power supply has been transformed from the tight supply in the past to the surplus, and the seller’s market has been transformed into the buyer’s market. Electricity marketing is the key link in the service of electric power enterprises. To gain the advantage in the market competition, the electric power enterprises should abandon the traditional management idea and constantly optimize the service quality. The article first expounds the important role of quality service in the development of electric power enterprises, and then studies the significance of quality service to electric power marketing in the hope of playing a positive role in electric power marketing in electric power enterprises.
