ＰＯＵ蛋白是一组ＤＮＡ特异的转录调节因子，属同源异形序列超家族。发育过程中，ＰＯＵ蛋白编码基因在中枢神经系统各部位的时空性表达决定神经细胞的发育与分化。
POU protein is a group of DNA-specific transcriptional regulators, is a homologous sequence superfamily. During development, the spatiotemporal expression of POU protein coding genes in various parts of central nervous system determines the development and differentiation of nerve cells.
