目的建立了超高压液相色谱-串联质谱法测定马口铁罐内涂层中双酚A迁移含量的方法。方法样品经模拟溶液提取后用C18色谱柱分离,UPLC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析,并对金属制品内涂层双酚A在不同食品模拟物环境下的迁移行为进行了研究。结果线性范围为5.0~100.0μg/L,最低检测浓度为1.0μg/L,回收率为78.6%~86.2%,相对标准偏差为7.3%~12.6%。结论双酚A迁移水平受模拟物性质影响,相对于水性模拟物,在醇溶性模拟物中更易发生迁移。双酚A迁移水平随迁移试验温度和接触时间的增加而升高。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A migration in tinplate cans by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were separated by C18 column after extraction with simulated solution and qualitative and quantitative analysis by UPLC-MS / MS. The migration of bisphenol A under different food simulants was carried out the study. Results The linear range was 5.0-100.0μg / L, the lowest detection concentration was 1.0μg / L, the recovery was 78.6% -86.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 7.3% -12.6%. Conclusion The migration of bisphenol A is affected by the properties of the mimetics. Compared with the aqueous mimics, the migration of bisphenol A is more likely to occur in the alcohol-soluble mimics. Bisphenol A migration level with the migration test temperature and contact time increased.
