目的:探讨活血化瘀中药治疗心血管疾病的临床效果及药理作用。方法:选取2013年12月-2015年10月我院收治入院的108例心血管疾病患者,随机分成两组,每组54例,对照组采用他汀类药物行常规治疗,观察组采用活血化瘀中药进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,p<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组胸闷、胸痛、心悸症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(94.4%vs70.4%),p<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率明显高于对照组,p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:活血化瘀中药在心血管疾病治疗方面具有广泛的应用和独特的药理价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects and pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on cardiovascular diseases. Methods: From December 2013 to October 2015, 108 cases of cardiovascular diseases hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (54 cases in each group). The control group was treated with statins routinely. The observation group was treated with blood circulation Chinese medicine treatment, observation of two groups of treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05, p <0.05). The relief time of chest tightness, chest pain and palpitations was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (94.4% vs70.4%, p <0.05 , Statistically significant; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, p <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has a wide range of applications and unique pharmacological values in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
