目的探讨输尿管囊肿合并囊内结石的钬激光手术治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析8例输尿管囊肿合并囊内结石患者临床资料。其中男性3例,女性5例;年龄40～58岁,平均47岁;单侧病变(左侧5例、右侧1例)6例,双侧病变2例。8例行输尿管膨出低位横行切开术或输尿管膨出囊壁部分切除术,同时对囊肿内结石采用钬激光碎石处理。术后对患者进行随访,随访时间6个月～3年,平均25个月,观察分析疗效。结果8例患者手术均获成功,效果满意。术后囊肿消失,积水减轻,无结石复发。未发生输尿管返流等并发症。结论钬激光治疗输尿管囊肿合并囊内结石简单、安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of holmium laser surgery for ureteral cyst with intracapsular calculi. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with ureteral cyst complicated with cystolith were retrospectively analyzed. There were 3 males and 5 females, aged from 40 to 58 years old, with an average of 47 years. There were 6 cases of unilateral lesions (5 cases on the left and 1 case on the right) and 2 cases on the bilateral lesions. 8 cases of ureteral bulging low transverse incision or ureteral bulging partial wall resection, at the same time on the cyst stones with holmium laser lithotripsy. Patients were followed up after 6 months to 3 years, an average of 25 months, the observation and analysis of curative effect. Results Eight patients were successful in operation, the effect was satisfactory. Postoperative cysts disappeared, reduce water, no recurrence of stones. No complications such as ureteral reflux occurred. Conclusion Holmium laser treatment of ureteral cyst with intracapsular stones is simple, safe and effective.
