本文报道用人肝癌细胞株SMMC-LINM建立带瘤裸鼠模型,以此研究抗人小扁豆凝集素结合型甲胎蛋白异质体单克隆抗体(AFP-R-LCAMcAb)VG5的肿瘤显象能力和规律。结果提示,肝癌组织能够选择性地聚积McAbVG5,在一定时限内其摄取量随时间延长逐渐增加。96小时肿瘤组织与肝脏和脾脏的摄取率比值分别为5.27和5.16,肿瘤定位指数为5.16。γ照相显示肿瘤部位有明显的放射性积聚,可得到较清晰的肿瘤显象。
In this paper, a tumor-bearing nude mouse model was established using the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-LINM to study the tumor imaging ability of the anti-human lentil lectin-binding alpha-fetoprotein heteroantibody (AFP-R-LCAMcAb) VG5. law. The results suggest that hepatoma tissue can accumulate McAbVG5 selectively, and its intake gradually increases over time within a certain time limit. The ratios of 96-hour tumor tissue uptake to liver and spleen were 5.27 and 5.16, respectively, and the tumor localization index was 5.16. The γ-photograph shows that there is a significant radioactive accumulation at the tumor site and a clearer tumor imaging can be obtained.
