作者以小鼠为模型,分别采用口饲和鼻内免疫两种途径来评估减毒伤寒杆菌载体表达的外源抗原的免疫原性,结果表明经口免疫不产生免疫应答,而鼻内免疫则诱生高滴度的抗体,提示鼻内免疫小鼠模型的建立可能有助于对伤寒杆菌活载体表达的异源抗原的检测。
The authors used the mouse as a model to evaluate the immunogenicity of exogenous antigens expressed by the attenuated Salmonella typhi vector using oral and intranasal immunization respectively.
