本文首先建立区域创新能力评价指标体系,运用适用于动态评价的纵横向拉开档次法和多层次综合评价方法对中国各省市2001-2008年的区域创新能力进行动态评价,运用K均值聚类,利用最大序差确定区域创新能力发展变化类型,并对发展趋势进行界定,对中国各省市2001-2008年的区域创新能力进行分类分析。
This paper firstly establishes the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability, and uses the vertical and horizontal pull-out grade method and multi-level comprehensive evaluation method which are suitable for dynamic evaluation to evaluate the regional innovation capability of all provinces and cities in China from 2001 to 2008. By using K-means clustering, Using the maximum sequence difference to determine the types of changes in the development of regional innovation capacity, and defining the development trend, we classify the regional innovation capabilities of China’s provinces and municipalities from 2001 to 2008.
