在新千年的第一个春天里 ,我们迎来了本刊创刊20周年的大喜日子。中国古代有“二十而冠”的礼仪 ,而走过了20年风风雨雨的《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志也当是走向了成熟 !这本杂志是沐浴着我国改革的春风诞生并成长的。她亲历了中国改革开放二十年来的巨变 ,并作为一块重要的舆论阵地 ,为推动我国的科技体制改革事业和管理的科学化尽了一份微薄之力 ,同时也得到了许多殊荣和社会的认同。这些已成为历史 ,明天 ,她将踏上新的征程 ,一如既往地为推动我国新时期改革开放大业做出努力。在本刊创刊20周年之际 ,我们陆续收到了一些多年来致力于科学学和科技管理理论研究与实践的专家、学者的来稿。这里 ,有他们对学科建设的思考与建议 ,有独到的学术观点和见解 ,有对杂志的真情流露 ,也有对杂志的殷切期望。从本期起 ,我们特辟专栏编发其中的一些文章 ,以此纪念《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志创刊20周年。
