最近,记者到海南省考察,广泛采访了各界领导和经济专家。大家一致认为,改革开放,使海南的经济实力明显增强,去年全省国内生产总值109亿元,比建省的1987年增长46.8％,出口总值6.7亿美元,是1987年的5.8倍。随着洋浦开发区被批准和投资环境显著改善,海南开发的黄金时期已经到来。为了加快开发,海南已决定实行“大开放”战略。
Recently, the reporter visited Hainan Province for extensive interviews with leaders and economists from all walks of life. All agreed that the economic reform and opening up made Hainan’s economy significantly strengthened. Last year, the province’s GDP reached 10.9 billion yuan, up 46.8% over 1987, with a total export value of 670 million U.S. dollars, 5.8 times that of 1987. With Yangpu Development Zone approved and the investment environment significantly improved, the golden age of Hainan has arrived. In order to speed up development, Hainan has decided to implement the “big liberalization” strategy.
