目的对呼和浩特市市售食品被单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌污染状况调查并分析,为食品卫生监督人员提供该菌对本市食品污染的科学数据。方法根据国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册及GB/T 4789-2010国家食品卫生微生物学检验方法进行食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测。结果监测8类744份食品样本,共检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌10株,阳性率为1.34%,生肉制品和散装食品阳性率分别为4.71%和1.63%,农贸市场检出率为2.56%。结论呼市市售食品一定程度受到单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的污染,尤以生肉制品较为突出,散装食品污染严重,农贸市场检出率最高。建议加强对这几类食品的监督以及对农贸市场的管理。
Objective To investigate and analyze the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes in Huhhot, and to provide food hygiene supervisors with scientific data on the contamination of food in this city. Methods The detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food was carried out according to the National Foodborne Pathogen Monitoring Manual and GB / T 4789-2010 National Food Hygiene Microbiological Test Method. Results A total of 744 food samples of 8 categories were monitored. 10 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected, the positive rate was 1.34%. The positive rates of raw meat and bulk food were 4.71% and 1.63% respectively. The detection rate of farmers’ market was 2.56%. Conclusion The foodstuffs in Hohhot are contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes to a certain extent, especially the raw meat products are more prominent, the bulk food is seriously polluted, and the highest detection rate is in the farmer’s market. It is suggested to strengthen the supervision of these types of food and the management of the farmer’s market.
