新生儿腹泻是新生儿期较常见的疾病之一,可由多种不同原因导致,如喂养不当、蛋白质吸收障碍、肠道感染、气候变化等因素引起,容易导致水、电解质紊乱,在短时间内即出现脱水症状,如处理不及时或处理方案不当甚至可能危及生命。本文就我科新生儿病区2010年1月1日至2015年1月31日共收治新生儿腹泻病人86例,其中经确诊为轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)患儿32例,占37.2%,现将这32例RVE进行回顾性分析。
