以假单胞菌为出发菌株,对其进行紫外、亚硝酸盐单因子诱变处理,确定最佳诱变时间和剂量并进行复合诱变以获得低毒性菌株。对诱变后的低毒性菌株PB 1101和PB 0108进行研究,结果显示,这2株诱变菌株在菌落形态、培养液颜色以及pH值上与出发菌株有一定差异,同时在蛋白质含量和种类上也存在差异。
