1993年《国家公务员暂行条例》的颁布,标志着中国公务员制度开始建立。经过十多年的实践, 特别是“十五”期间的发展,中国公务员制度建设取得了明显成效:
The promulgation of the Provisional Regulations on Civil Servants in 1993 marked the beginning of the establishment of the civil service in China. After more than 10 years of practice, especially during the 10th Five-Year Plan, the civil service system in China has achieved remarkable results.
