新课程提出了“以学论教,教促进学”的口号。“以学论教”要求教师多关注学生在课堂上可能出现的反应,并考虑对策。这就决定了教师要从过去“只见教材不见学生”的方式中转变,花时间去考虑学生,思考课堂,重视提升自身教学能力,而不是单纯地在课堂教学中把教材再现。小学语文教师备课,要通过阅读教材,研究教材,阅读教材材料,努力挖掘教材,通过各种方法备课,提高自身备课水平。
The new curriculum puts forward the slogan of “learning by teaching, teaching by promotion”. “Learning by Theory” requires teachers to pay more attention to students’ possible reactions in the classroom and to consider countermeasures. This determines the teacher from the past, “I saw no textbook to see the students,” the way to change, take the time to think about students, thinking about the classroom, emphasis on improving their teaching ability, rather than simply teaching material in classroom teaching to reproduce. Primary language teachers prepare lessons, through reading textbooks, textbooks, reading materials, materials, efforts to tap textbooks, prepare lessons through a variety of ways to improve their own lesson preparation level.
