本文综述了近期对恶性脑肿瘤发生机理的分子生物学认识及其基因治疗历史、发展和现状。指出了恶性脑肿瘤基因治疗具有广阔的前景和目前存在的主要问题,及可能取得突破的途径。
This review summarizes the recent molecular biology understanding of the pathogenesis of malignant brain tumors and the history, development and current status of gene therapy. Pointed out that the gene therapy of malignant brain tumors have broad prospects and the main problems that exist at present, and the possible ways to make breakthroughs.
