案情介绍:2008年3月,王某入职某软件公司负责程序开发,并与公司签订了两年的劳动合同。2009年5月,公司告知王某,公司将对所有员工进行季度考核,并按照考核的结果来进行排名。排在最后一名的员工,公司将予以辞退。2009年9月,公司通知王某,由于他负责设计的程序始终没有完成,所以对他的考核结果为不合格,排名在最后一位。公司要求王某自己辞职。
