目的 :总结经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的经验 ,讨论手术适应证和手术要点。方法 :采用经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿患者 3 2例。结果 :3 1例手术成功 ,1例转为开放手术 ,微小并发症发生率为 16% ,技术熟练后无并发症发生 ,1例术后 3个月复发。术后平均住院 3天。结论 :经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术创伤小 ,患者康复快 ,宜为肾囊肿外科治疗的首选术式
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of peritoneal laparoscopic cyst debridement in the treatment of simple renal cysts and to discuss surgical indications and operative points. Methods: Three cases of renal cysts were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst debridement. Results: Thirty - one cases were successfully operated and one case was operated on openly. The rate of minimal complication was 16%. No complication occurred after skilled operation and one case relapsed 3 months after operation. The average postoperative hospital stay 3 days. Conclusion: Laparoscopic retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery to reduce trauma, fast recovery, should be the preferred surgical treatment of renal cysts
