我国《宪法》、《劳动法》、《工会法》、《妇女权益保障法》、《女职工保护条例》等多部法律法规中,明确规定女职工享有平等的就业权、实行男女同工同酬、女职工的特殊劳动权益受法律保护。然而,在现实生活中,女职工在就业和劳动保护中,饱受性别歧视和差别待遇的事件仍时有发生。进一步提升女职工的社会地位和法律地位,积极为女职工的劳动权益提供切实有效的法律保护,需要解决好以下三个问题:
