山东省邹城市总工会任培超报道近日,山东省邹城市出台社会化工会工作者工作激励办法。该《办法》明确了社会化工会工作者的工作职责,并实行季调度、年考核工作制度。其中,明确要求社会化工会工作者每月至少三次深入企业走访调研,并记录工作日志,绘制工会组织网络示意图,建立工会组织电子档案;每月至少上报3篇工作信息,每年形成2篇对工作有指导价值的调研报告或理论文章。邹城市总工会每季度召开一次调
