2012年6月,国家有关部委联合推出新一轮家电节能补贴政策,即“节能产品惠民工程”开始启动,国家投入265亿元补贴,推广符合节能标准的空调、平板电视、电冰箱、洗衣机、热水器产品,力推节能减排战略,广泛推广高效节能产品,促进消费。一时之间,很多企业如沐春风,摩拳擦掌,准备施展浑身解数,搭好节能惠民这班车。然而在实际实施的过程当中,“节能惠民”政策在市场上却遭遇了“叫好不叫座”的困局,那么对于企业来讲,应如何来看待这一政策的实施,又应该做好哪些准备工作才能够搭好这班车呢?
