目的:优选出Progest乳膏剂性质优良,组成稳定的的乳化剂。方法:以外观、涂展性、细腻性及稳定性为考察指标,采用正交设计,以综合打分的方式筛选乳化剂。结果:选定5%十二烷基硫酸钠和1%单硬脂酸甘油酯混合乳化剂为优选乳化剂。结论:按照正交试验结果制备出的乳膏剂的处方组成稳定、合理、外观色泽光亮、质地细腻、涂展性好。
Objective: To optimize the Progest cream properties of good, stable composition of the emulsifier. Methods: Taking the appearance, spreadability, exquisiteness and stability as indexes, the orthogonal design was used to screen the emulsifier with the method of scoring. Results: Selected 5% sodium lauryl sulfate and 1% glycerol monostearate mixed emulsifier as the preferred emulsifier. Conclusion: The prescription of the cream prepared according to the orthogonal test results is stable and reasonable, with bright appearance, fine texture and good spreadability.
