目的:探讨L-精氨酸(L-arg)对缺氧性肺动脉增压反应的调节作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠(n=18)随机分为对照组、缺氧组(O2=10%±0.5%)及缺氧加L-arg组[L-arg500ms/(ks·d)腹腔注射]。经右心导管法测定各组大鼠肺动脉压力,并经分光光度法间接测定血浆一氧化氮含量。结果:缺氧组大鼠肺动脉平均压明显高于对照组,其血浆一氧化氮含量降低;缺氧加L-arg组大鼠肺动脉增压反应受到抑制,其血浆一氧化氮含量升高。结论:L-arg通过促进体内一氧化氮生成,对缺氧性肺动脉增压反应起重要的调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect of L-arginine on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Methods: Wistar rats (n = 18) were randomly divided into control group, hypoxia group (O2 = 10% ± 0.5%) and hypoxia plus L-arg group injection]. Pulmonary artery pressure of rats in each group was measured by right heart catheterization, and plasma nitric oxide level was measured indirectly by spectrophotometry. Results: The mean pulmonary artery pressure in hypoxia group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the plasma nitric oxide level was decreased. Pulmonary artery pressure was inhibited in hypoxia plus L-arg group, and the content of plasma nitric oxide was increased. CONCLUSION: L-arg plays an important regulatory role in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension by promoting nitric oxide production in vivo.
