目的分析食管癌术后胃管意外脱落的原因,探讨有效的防范措施。方法回顾性分析我科2008年～2010年行食管癌根治术后15例患者发生胃管意外脱落情况,分析总结出脱管原因:胃管固定不当、护士责任心不强、对患者宣传指导不到位、患者精神异常等,并采取相应的预防对策。结果经过一系列护理措施的落实,2011年以来无一例胃管意外脱落。结论通过改良胃管固定方法,加强管道护理,加强患者健康教育,提高患者认知度,引起家属重视,可有效防止导管脱落。
Objective To analyze the causes of accidental detachment of gastric tube after esophageal cancer and to discuss the effective preventive measures.
