目的:研制盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片。方法:采用不同配比的糊精和卡波姆制备盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片,考察其体外膨胀率、黏附力、释药性能和口腔滞留时间。结果:以糊精和卡波姆23∶16为比例制得的口腔黏附片较符合要求,能粘住4号钢球,1 h达到最大膨胀率,体外释药2 h释放度为97%,在人口腔中约能滞留2 h。结论:盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片处方是可行的。
Objective: To develop lidocaine hydrochloride oral adhesive tablets. Methods: Different concentrations of dextrin and carbomer were used to prepare lidocaine hydrochloride oral adhesive tablets. The swelling rate, adhesion, drug release and oral cavity residence time were investigated. Results: Dextrin and carbomer at a ratio of 23:16 prepared oral adhesive tablets more in line with the requirements, can stick to No. 4 steel ball, 1 h to reach the maximum expansion rate of 2 h release in vitro release was 97% Approximately 2 h stay in the human oral cavity. Conclusion: The lidocaine hydrochloride oral adhesion tablets prescription is feasible.
