以大蒜为试验材料,在氮磷钾供应充足条件下,采用盆栽试验方法研究了在大蒜连作0(CK)、10、20、30年条件下连作土对大蒜生长发育及其生理活性的影响。结果表明:随着连作年限的增加,各生物学指标呈现出快速-缓慢的下降趋势,连作10年的株高、假茎粗、蒜头直径和单个蒜头的重量均极显著低于对照(0年),已表现出明显的连作障碍,而连作10年和连作20年之间的差异并不显著,但继续增加连作年限至30年时连作障碍表现得更为明显。不同连作年限对大蒜生理指标也有显著影响,除过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在连作0、10、20年之间差异不显著外,叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随连作年限的增加而显著降低,且SOD在不同连作年限下差异均极显著。总之,连作降低了大蒜株高、产量等形态指标及叶绿素、抗氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标,短期连作(10年)已表现出明显连作障碍,长期连作(30年)障碍更严重,降低了大蒜产量和经济效益,因此,生产中应注意合理轮作倒茬,避免连作障碍的发生。

In short, continuous cropping reduced the plant height, yield and other morphological indicators and chlorophyll, antioxidant enzyme activity and other physiological and biochemical indicators, short-term continuous cropping (10 years) has shown a continuous cropping obstacles, long-term continuous cropping (30 years) more serious obstacles to reduce The output of garlic and economic benefits, therefore, production should pay attention to reasonable rotation, to avoid continuous cropping obstacles.
