数字参考咨询服务是以因特网为信息传输介质,通过网页、留言板等方式,为满足读者信息需求的一种服务。数字参考咨询服务存在异步参考咨询服务、同步参考咨询服务以及合作参考咨询服务三种模式。高校图书馆为了更好的深化数字参考咨询服务,可以考虑采取以下几种措施:加强网络设施建设、建立智能化数字咨询系统、建设“特色化”信息源、提供“个性化”信息服务、开展馆际合作,构建合作式数字参考咨询服务平台和加强人员培训,提高参考咨询馆员素质。
Digital reference service is based on the Internet as an information transmission medium, through web pages, message boards, etc., to meet the needs of readers of a service. There are three types of digital reference service: asynchronous reference service, synchronous reference service and cooperative reference service. In order to better deepen the digital reference service, the university library may consider the following measures: strengthen the construction of network facilities, establish an intelligent digital consultation system, build a “specialization” information source, and provide “personalized” Information services, carry out inter-collegiate cooperation, build a cooperative digital reference service platform and strengthen personnel training to improve the quality of reference librarians.
