近年来,中职生受招生就业制度、高考扩招等因素影响,学生素质有所下降,就业困惑、自卑心理、厌学情绪、青春期骚动等因素,使学校育人工作的难度增加。为了解决这一问题,我们转变教育理念,坚持赏识教育理念,以此优化学校教育的整体氛围,形成一种和谐、宽松、激励的教育氛围,让学生建立起学习的自信心与成功感,从而激发起进一步“学好”的动力。我们立足赏识教育理念,结合中职校的自身特点,着重确立三种意识,为学生铺设成功之路。
In recent years, secondary vocational school students enrollment and employment system, college entrance examination and other factors, student quality has declined, job confusion, inferiority complex, tired of school emotions, adolescent commotion and other factors make the school more difficult to educate people.
