用粒度相同、不同BeO含量的铍粉开展了BeO对铍材微屈服强度 (σmys)的研究 ;结果发现 ,与BeO含量相比 ,BeO在铍中的分布状态对σmys的影响更大。在晶界及晶内较细小弥散分布的BeO对基体铍有弥散强化作用 ,使σmys较高 ;如果BeO较粗大地成簇状聚集在晶界 ,反而对σmys有不良的影响。
The micro-yield strength (σmys) of beryllium by BeO was studied by using beryllium powder with the same particle size and different BeO content. The results showed that the distribution of BeO in beryllium had greater influence on σmys than that of BeO. BeO dispersed in the grain boundaries and grains is more dispersed and dispersed on the matrix beryllium, resulting in a higher σmys. If BeO coarserly clusters in the grain boundaries, it adversely affects σmys.
