目的:探讨不同强度运动对去卵巢大鼠心内神经节细胞中胆碱乙酰化酶(ChAT)和一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法:将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为去卵巢对照组,去卵巢+低强度运动组,去卵巢+中等强度运动组及去卵巢+大强度运动组。8周实验后,采用免疫组化法结合图像分析比较大鼠心内神经节细胞中ChAT和nNOS积分光密度值(IOD)的变化。结果:去卵巢+中等强度运动组ChAT和nNOS的IOD值与去卵巢对照组相比显著增高(P<0·01);去卵巢+低强度运动组ChAT和nNOS的IOD值与去卵巢对照组相比无显著差异(P>0·05);去卵巢+大强度运动组ChAT和nNOS的IOD值与去卵巢对照组相比显著下降(P<0·05)。结果表明,中等强度运动可上调卵巢摘除大鼠心内神经节细胞中ChAT和nNOS表达。
Objective: To investigate the effects of exercise with different intensities on the expression of ChAT and nNOS in cardiac ganglion cells of ovariectomized rats. Methods: Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into ovariectomized group, ovariectomized + low intensity exercise group, ovariectomized + moderate intensity exercise group and ovariectomized + high intensity exercise group. After 8 weeks of experiment, the changes of integral optical density (IOD) values of ChAT and nNOS in rat cardiac ganglion cells were compared by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results: The IOD values of ChAT and nNOS in ovariectomized + moderate-intensity exercise group were significantly higher than those in ovariectomized control group (P <0.01). The IOD values of ChAT and nNOS in ovariectomized + low-intensity exercise group were significantly higher than those in ovariectomized control group (P> 0.05). The IOD values of ChAT and nNOS in ovariectomized + intensive exercise group were significantly decreased compared with those in ovariectomized control group (P <0.05). The results show that moderate intensity exercise can upregulate the expression of ChAT and nNOS in the cardiac ganglion cells of ovariectomized rats.
