1998年4月20日,由我国船用柴油机生产的两大巨头——沪东造船集团和上海船厂联合组建的沪东重机股份有限公司发行的“沪东重机”股票在上海证券交易所上网发行成功,募集资金26023万元,并已于4月27日全部到位。5月20日,随着中国船舶工业总公司副总经理陈小津敲响的“沪东重机”股票开盘锣声,以7元开盘的这只股票在市场买盘的大量涌入下,股价迅速攀升,呈“低开高走”之势。至此,我国船用大功率柴油机产业的“航空母舰”拔锚起航了。

The successful issuance raised funds of 260.23 million yuan, which was already in place on April 27.
