阐述了国防科研机构在信息资源建设策略和实现方法上区别于其他图书馆、公共图书馆的需求特点,提出资源专业结构优化策略、资源载体选取策略、资源获取方式策略和内部资源建设策略这4个主要策略,最后以中国工程物理研究院为实例进行了资源建设的策略应用研究。
This paper expounds the demand characteristics of national defense scientific research institutions which are different from other libraries and public libraries in terms of information resources construction strategy and realization method. It also proposes strategies of optimizing resources professional structure, strategies for selecting resource carriers, methods for obtaining resources and strategies for building internal resources. A major strategy, and finally to China Institute of Engineering Physics as an example of resource construction strategy application research.
