鉴于作者曾用2-氯脱氧腺苷(2-Chiorodeoxyadenosine)治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病有效,因而将其试用于治毛细胞白血病,现报道如下。病例及方法:对象为经骨髓穿刺活检证实的毛细胞白血病,并有活动性病变如中性白细胞减少、贫血,有症状性腺病或反复感染的患者共12例,男性11例,女性1例,年龄为36—61岁。12例中7例曾行脾切除;5例曾行α-干扰素治疗,其中2例无效,3例有部份疗效,但其后疾病进展或因毒性停止治疗。所有患者用本药前3月停止一切治疗。受试前完成全面体检、胸、腹及盆腔行CT检查以及血细胞计数及心电图检查;此外,还进行骨髓穿刺活检,做骨髓片及血片细胞的耐酒石酸酸性磷酸脂酶细胞化学检测,以及有关的血液化学试验。
