1990年春对常州市戚墅堰机车车辆厂子弟小学7~8岁儿童进行了营养调查。结果表明,该校小学生膳食中除铁和维生素B_1摄取量达到RDA外,其他营养素不同程度地低于RDA值,尤其锌和钙的摄取量较低。血生化检测表明,血清锌含量为0.952±0.238 mg/L,铁含量为1.084±0.303 mg/L,维生素A含量为0.421±0.117mg/L。血清锌与维生素A含量呈显著正相关(r=0.9806,P<0.001),说明两者在体内代谢中存在一定联系。该校小学生生长发育状况良好,经相关分析表明,儿童锌、铁及维生素A营养状况均与儿童生长发育有密切关系。
The spring of 1990 Changshu Qishuyan rolling stock factory children’s primary school children aged 7 to 8 nutrition survey. The results showed that the dietary intake of iron and vitamin B_1 among the school pupils reached RDA, while the other nutrients were lower than the RDA values to a certain extent, especially the intake of zinc and calcium was low. Blood biochemical tests showed that the serum zinc content was 0.952 ± 0.238 mg / L, the iron content was 1.084 ± 0.303 mg / L and the vitamin A content was 0.421 ± 0.117 mg / L. Serum zinc and vitamin A content was significantly correlated (r = 0.9806, P <0.001), indicating that there is a certain relationship between the two in the body metabolism. The school pupils growth and development in good condition, the correlation analysis showed that children’s zinc, iron and vitamin A nutritional status are closely related to children’s growth and development.
