我院内科血液病研究室于1978年观察了新药1,2:5,6二去水卫矛醇(以下简称二去水卫矛醇)对慢性粒细胞白血病(简称慢粒)的疗效。现将这些病例的治疗情况初步小结报道如下。资料和方法慢粒5例中,男性3例,女性2例,年龄20~47岁,经血象和骨髓象检查确诊,其中仅1例以往曾用马利兰治疗,因病情有反复故换用二去水卫矛醇治疗。 5例患者均诉述有疲乏、乏力及盗汗等。脾肿大的程度自肋下1.5公分至深入骨盆,肝和淋巴结肿大的程度自可及至轻度肿大。血象和骨髓象如后(血红蛋白为6~11克%,白细胞计数为3.9~30.5万/立方毫米,原粒+早幼粒之和为3~9%,中幼粒+晚幼粒之和为15~35%,血小板计数为12~37万/立方毫米,髓象增生程度为明显活跃至极度活跃,粒红之比
