杂种优势现象普遍存在于生物的遗传过程中,并早已为生产实践和研究所证实。为了探索白菜型油菜(Brassica campestris)杂种优势的利用问题,我们于1974年开始这项研究。现初步提出以“核”遗传的雄性不育系和以幼苗具有隐性标志性状的自交系做母本、以其相应的自交系做父本的制种方案,并选育了一批具有不同性状的自交系及其供进一步鉴定的杂交组合。但是,将这一研究结果用于生产以前,仍然有些问题待进一步解决。
Heterosis prevails in the genetic process of biology and has long been confirmed by production practices and research. In order to explore the utilization of heterosis in Brassica campestris, we started the study in 1974. It is initially proposed that “male” sterile male sterile lines and seedlings with recessive trait traits as female parent, with its corresponding inbred lines as male parent planted seed selection and breeding Inbreds with different traits and cross combinations for further identification. However, until the research results are used in production, there are still some problems to be solved.
