评选先进,树立标兵,以典型带动一般,这是思想政治工作的有效方法之一.但是,在实践中,尚存在不少问题.每逢评先、表彰,职工情绪就出现一阵波动,“五气”(赌气、怨气、泄气、不服气、没兴趣)现象程度不同地存在.使评选先进这一有利于两个文明建设的好方法,未能达到其真正的目的.有的领导感叹地说:“年终评先花了几千元,带来的是烦恼和不满.”真应该改一改了!为什么评先活动会带来烦恼呢?笔者认为,过去的年终评先方法存在以下弊端:
