用电化学的自然腐蚀电位(Ecorr)、极化电阻(Rp)和动电位极化曲线法对Ga-Ⅱ、M、N、O、P 5种配方的镓合金的耐蚀性进行测试分析,并与低铜银汞合金L进行对比。结果表明:5种镓合金中O和P的耐蚀性较好,可能达到或超过L的水平,说明以镓代汞有着广阔的前景。电化学方法体外测量牙科金属材料的腐蚀性能,具有快速、灵敏、准确、简便等优点,对牙科金属材料耐蚀性的评定和筛选以及腐蚀机理的研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
The corrosion resistance of gallium alloys with Ga-Ⅱ, M, N, O, P five kinds of formulations was tested by means of electrochemical corrosion potential (Ecorr), polarization resistance (Rp) and potentiodynamic polarization curves. And compared with low copper silver amalgam L. The results show that the corrosion resistance of O and P in the five kinds of gallium alloys is good, which may reach or exceed the level of L, indicating that there is a bright future for gallium-substituted mercury. The electrochemical method has the advantages of rapid, sensitive, accurate and simple to measure the corrosion performance of dental metal materials in vitro. It has important theoretical significance and practical value to evaluate and screen the corrosion resistance of dental metal materials and to study the corrosion mechanism.
