济教行字[2016]2号各县(市)区教育局、综治办、公安局、民政局、卫计委、食药局、编办、工商局:为全面贯彻落实《济南市人民政府关于加快发展民办中小学(幼儿园)教育的意见》(济政发[2014]18号),深入实施《济南市第二期学前教育三年行动计划(2015—2017年)》,满足人民群众对广覆盖、保基本、有质量的学前教育需求,现就进一步促进民办幼儿园发展提出如下意见:一、充分认识促进民办幼儿园发展的重要作用
