变电站综合自动化是指利用先进的计算机技术、通信技术和信号处理技术等,实现对变电站主要设备自动监视、测量、控制、保护以及与调度通信等综合性自动化功能。随着电力体制的改革,南京供电公司的变电管理模式也有了改变,将所有220kV变电站按照地域分布分为一个监控中心,四个操作队,实行统一监控、集中管理的模式,传统的变电站已不能满足现代电力系统管理模式的需求。因此,将变电站由常规站改造为综合自动化站已渐渐成为一种趋势。由于综合自动化技术尚未完全成熟,其运行过程中难免出现一些不尽人意的地方,下面将综合自动化的改造中经常出现的问题作一总结。
