社会在不断地发展,对人才的要求也在不断发生变化,而高校是向社会培养精英、输送人才得的大本营,所以也在不断地顺应社会,在人才培养方面与时俱进。高校各项教育体系都在不断地在改革中摸索前进,其中体育教育的改革也在如火如荼地进行中。拓展训练就是一项近几年在高校体育改革中特别重要的并且取得不错效果的新型开放式体育教学。本篇文章简单的叙述了拓展训练的起源、内容、拓展训练在大学体育教学中的重要价值以及拓展训练对大学体育教学产生的影响。
As society continues to develop and its requirements for talents are constantly changing, colleges and universities are bases for educating elites and delivering talents to society. Therefore, colleges and universities are constantly adapting to the society and advancing with the times in personnel training. The various educational systems in colleges and universities are constantly exploring the reform, of which the reform of physical education is also in full swing. Outreach training is a new type of open sports teaching that is particularly important in college sports reform in recent years and has achieved good results. This article briefly describes the expansion of the training of the origin and content of training to expand the importance of physical education in the University as well as training to expand the impact of university physical education.
