麦角隐亭为D-麦角酸与一环状三肽籍酰胺键相连而成,半合成麦角环肽是一种具有可行性的工艺方法 ,本研究利用简单氨基酸,经合成环二肽,再与非经典氨基酸环合成三肽。
The ergocryptine is formed by the connection of D-lysergic acid and a cyclic tripeptide via amide bond. Semisynthetic ergopeptin is a viable technological method. In this study, a simple amino acid was synthesized by the reaction of cyclic dipeptide with Non-classical amino acids ring into the tripeptide.
