针对再生制动失效的问题,城轨车辆主要采用车载制动电阻来进行能量吸收。在对目前国产城轨车辆制动斩波电路中的制动电阻过温保护方案优劣点进行分析的基础上,提出了新的逻辑保护方案。着重介绍了新保护方案的实现方法和优点,并进行了实际地铁线路运行数据的计算验证。结果表明:本文所提出的保护方案具有明显的优越性,应用前景广泛。
For the problem of regenerative braking failure, the urban rail vehicles mainly use the vehicle braking resistor for energy absorption. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the over-temperature protection scheme of braking resistor in the braking chopper circuit of domestic urban rail vehicles, a new logic protection scheme is proposed. The implementation methods and advantages of the new protection scheme are emphatically introduced, and the calculation and verification of the actual subway line operation data are carried out. The results show that the protection scheme proposed in this paper has obvious advantages and wide application prospects.
