用大豆Ｗ２０２（中油８９Ｂ）作母本，分别与Ｗ２１０、Ｗ２１２二个品种杂交的Ｆ１ 发现不育株，通过正反交测定属质核互作型不育，通过连续四代核置换回交，获雌雄育性较稳定的二个不育系Ｗ９４５Ａ和Ｗ９４８Ａ。
Sterile plants were obtained from F1 hybrids of soybean W202 (Zhongyou 89B) and two hybrids W210 and W212 respectively. Genomic nuclear interaction sterility was determined by reciprocal crosses, By male and female fertility more stable two male sterile lines W945A and W948A.
