企业文化作为社会先进文化的重要组成部分,以其特有的时效性、娱乐性、丰富性等特征,在坚定员工理想信念、培育员工健康情趣、丰富员工业余生活、激发员工工作热情、促进员工全面发展中发挥着十分重要的作用。因此,加强企业文化建设,不仅事关企业建设基础,也事关民心的凝聚和生产力的提升。本文从当前企业文化建设的现状入手,剖析了具体原因,探寻了几点对策。
