本文采用局部心肌的长度、长度变化速率(dL/dt)、压力-长度环以及心肌作功等指标、探讨急性心肌缺血时室内压最大下降速率(-dP/dtmax)降低的机理。结果表明(1)阻断狗冠脉左前降支后5秒钟内,-dP/dtmax降到最低值,心室舒张未期压和心肌舒张未期长度相应增加。此时,非缺血区心肌收缩增强、心肌作功量增加,反映Starling机制的效应。而缺血区心肌收缩功能减弱,Starling机制消失。缺血区心肌的
In this paper, the mechanism of the decrease of -dP / dtmax in acute myocardial ischemia was investigated by using the indexes of local myocardial length, length change rate (dL / dt), pressure-length ring and myocardial function. The results showed that (1) the -dP / dtmax decreased to the lowest value within 5 seconds after blocking the left anterior descending coronary artery of the dog, and the corresponding values of unstretched ventricular diastolic pressure and un-diastolic myocardial length increased accordingly.
