目的探究给予尿毒症血液透析患者优质护理干预,对其心理状况与依从性的影响。方法将70例尿毒症血液透析患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。结果干预后观察组HAMA评分为(7.01±1.21)分,HAMD评分为(4.15±0.61)分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性良好率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予尿毒症血液透析患者优质护理干预,可有效改善焦虑抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性,效果良好。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with uremia and their psychological status and compliance. Methods 70 cases of hemodialysis patients with uremia were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were given routine nursing intervention, the observation group were given quality nursing intervention. Results After intervention, the HAMA score of the observation group was (7.01 ± 1.21) points and the HAMD score was (4.15 ± 0.61) points lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with uremia can effectively improve anxiety and depression and improve treatment adherence with good results.
